Wanted man arrested in New Sudbury

A 26-year-old man who had outstanding warrants for fraud under $5,000 and breach of probation is in police custody.

While conducting patrols on Oct. 22 in the New Sudbury area around 4 p.m., officers received information that a man wanted by Greater Sudbury Police Service might be in the 700 block of Lasalle Boulevard.

Acting on this information, officers quickly located the suspect. He was arrested and was to attend bail hearing on Oct. 23 to answer to his charges.
