Bottling results in arrest at Hanmer bar

Greater Sudbury police arrested a man with assault with a weapon and breach of probation after they were called to an altercation outside a Hanmer drinking establishment. When police arrived just after midnight Oct. 28, a 35-year-old man struck a 44-year-old man in the face with a beer bottle. The bottle broke and caused a cut to the victims face. 

 

The victim denied medical attention.

 

The man charged was held in police custody pending an appearance in bail court.
