A man is facing several charges after he was stopped by Greater Sudbury Police at around 1 a.m. Jan. 5 when they noticed he was operating his vehicle “in a suspicious fashion” in the New Sudbury area.

The officers, who were targeting suspended drivers, stopped the vehicle at the intersection of The Kingsway and Levesque Street.

After a review of the driver's documentation, they determined he was driving under suspension, operating his vehicle without insurance and had failed to notify the authorities of a change of address.

He is due to appear in court in February to answer to the charges against him.
