Two men, both 22 years old, have been charged with robbery, forcible confinement and uttering threats following a month-long investigation by Greater Sudbury Police Service.

On Feb. 11, the complainant attended a home in Copper Cliff, where he met one of the two suspects, police said. Once at the residence, the second suspect showed up, brandishing a large knife. He was wearing a disguise to conceal his identity.

The two suspects stole the victim's debit card. Cash was later withdrawn from the victim's bank account.

One of the suspects was apprehended at his residence in Sudbury on March 5, while the second suspect was apprehended in Owen Sound and returned to Sudbury on March 10.
