Young thieves caught in the act, police allege

Two youths were arrested March 12 when police found them to be in possession of stolen property. It seems the two youth were in the process of breaking into a vehicle on Churchill Street when someone called police to report them.

Two youths were arrested March 12 when police found them to be in possession of stolen property.

It seems the two youth were in the process of breaking into a vehicle on Churchill Street when someone called police to report them. They were found at about 2:30 a.m. in the driveway of the home. One of the suspects was near the vehicle, while the second stood watch, said police.

They were both arrested for trespassing during night time hours. During the arrest, they were found to be in possession of items they allegedly stole from the vehicle in the driveway. Furthermore, they were both found to be breaching court orders.
