There will be no further investigation into a March 12 incident where tactical officers were called to a Dell Street home after witnesses said a man was threatening to use a gun, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

Tactical officers attended at the residence at 4 p.m. A short time later, the 32-year-old resident was voluntarily negotiated out of the house.

A search revealed there were no firearms on the premises.

There will be no charges laid as a result of this investigation.
