Cooper, 25, is wanted for two counts of break and enter, 11 counts of fail to comply with recognizance and failing to attend court in connection to two break, enter and theft complaints reported in September 2013. Forensic evidence was obtained at both locations, and it is alleged that Cooper was involved these matters.

He is described as 5-7, 145 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
