Police seek young man in relation to snowmobile hit and run

Greater Sudbury Police are searching for a young man in relation to a Jan. 16 incident where a motorist struck a snowmobile crossing Municipal Road 35 at around 9:30 p.m., and failed to remain at the scene of the collision.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a royal-blue coloured Cadillac, and will have significant damage along the passenger side.

Shortly after the collision, a man visited an Azilda business. He is described as roughly 17 to 20 years old, Caucasian, with a thin build, and wearing a toque with a pom-pom. Police are attempting to identify the man in relation to their investigation.
