Robert Wood faces two counts of criminal negligence causing death and one count of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.

Lucie Aylwin, 37, and Doloris Perizzolo, 74, were killed when the roof of the Algo Centre Mall collapsed on June 23, 2012.

The OPP said it will not be commenting further on the specific aspects of the investigation that led to the charges as the investigation is ongoing.
