Man drives pickup truck into Coniston Beer Store

Steals a few cases of beer after the collision

Greater Sudbury Police are searching for a man who drove his pickup truck into the Beer Store in Coniston, and proceeded to steal a few cases of beer.

The man caused about $10,000 in damage to the store.

He drove his dark pickup truck, with a white high rise cab, into the store at around 2 a.m. Saturday.

Police described the man as being around six feet tall. He was wearing a dark winter coat with a reflective stripe across the middle, light coloured jeans and dark winter boots.

Police have asked for the public's assistance to identify the man's vehicle, which may have fresh damage.
