Speeding nets drug charges for Chelmsford man

Officers pulled over the vehicle, and upon further investigation, it was learned the driver was breaching conditions of a previous criminal code conviction. After searching the vehicle, officers found and seized marijuana.

Officers pulled over the vehicle, and upon further investigation, it was learned the driver was breaching conditions of a previous criminal code conviction.

After searching the vehicle, officers found and seized marijuana.

The driver is charged with two counts of fail to comply with a probation order and one count of possession of a Schedule II substance – cannabis marijuana – under 30 grams.

He was held for bail court to answer to his charges.
