OPP releases names of Blind River drowning victims

The Ontario Provincial Police has released the names of two men who drowned on April 20 in Blind River. Perry Joe Boyer, 44, and Randy Allan Cada, 60, were both from the Mississauga First Nation Territory. Both men were reported missing on April 17.

The Ontario Provincial Police has released the names of two men who drowned on April 20 in Blind River.

Perry Joe Boyer, 44, and Randy Allan Cada, 60, were both from the Mississauga First Nation Territory.

Both men were reported missing on April 17. Both men were last seen in a boat on Blind River.

The body of one of the victims was located that same day. The second body was found April 20.

There is nothing suspicious about the deaths, said the OPP.
