Three men were arrested May 16 for attempting to steal a truck from a Beech Street parking lot, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.
The truck was left unattended in the parking lot. The three men were seen by officers with the Break, Enter and Robbery (BEAR) unit entering the truck.
Before they could even start the truck, officers surrounded it.
The suspects, ages 66, 37 and 35, face charges of possession of property obtained by crime. The 35-yer-old is also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
