Onaping Falls man dies in ATV crash

A 59-year-old Onaping Falls man is dead following an ATV crash on North Channel Road in French River, said the Ontario Provincial Police. The crash happened June 16 shortly after 11:30 p.m., claiming the life of Yolland Perron.

A 59-year-old Onaping Falls man is dead following an ATV crash on North Channel Road in French River, said the Ontario Provincial Police.

The crash happened June 16 shortly after 11:30 p.m., claiming the life of Yolland Perron. Family members discovered his body at the bottom of an embankment near his quad. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Perron had been camping with his wife.

A post-mortem has been scheduled. The investigation is ongoing.
