One driver blows over 80, another refuses breath test

Greater Sudbury Police charged one person with Over 80 and another person with Refuse to Provide Breath Sample during RIDE checks July 4.

The RIDE checks, which involved 153 drivers, took place on Lasalle Boulevard, Falconbridge Road and downtown Sudbury.

Police also issued one 90-day driver's license suspension and nine tickets for Highway Traffic Act offences. They administered two alcohol screening tests.
