Two adult men and a 10-year-old were canoeing at Recollet Falls in French River. The group attempted to navigate a series of rapids and were all thrown from the canoe.

One of the men and the 10-year-old were wearing lifejackets and were pulled from the water by people in the area. The other man, who was not wearing a lifejacket, has not yet been found.

The OPP completed a shoreline search and search of the water. The underwater search and rescue unit is continuing its search.
