Driver had twice the legal limit of alcohol: Police

A 34-year-old man was found to have twice the legal limit of alcohol in his blood after being pulled over Sept. 29 due to his erratic driving, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

A 34-year-old man was found to have twice the legal limit of alcohol in his blood after being pulled over Sept. 29 due to his erratic driving, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

He was arrested and charged with impaired driving and having more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood. His driver's licence is suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.

He will attend court Oct. 8 to answer to the charges.
