Police have released the name of the 69-year-old Valley East man killed in a collision on Highway 11 on Oct. 17.
The crash claimed the life of Andre Noel. He was killed when the vehicle he was driving collided with a tractor trailer near Askin Township. He died at the scene.
Noel was travelling south when he collided with a northbound tractor trailer. The driver of the tractor trailer sustained minor injuries. He is from Saint-Basil, Que.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are assisting with this ongoing investigation.
