Police arrested a 31-year-old man on Tedman Avenue early Saturday morning when he was caught going through cars on the street.

The man was charged with two counts of trespass by night and mischief.

Greater Sudbury Police found nothing was stolen from the vehicles, but the man had a minor cut and bled on a car seat.

He was taken to Heatlh Sciences North to treat the cut, and was then taken into police custody to wait for a bail hearing.

The man was in the community on a release from previous charges.

Police have asked anyone in the Tedman Avenue area who had items stolen from their vehicle last night to call them and lodge a complaint.
