Police make arrest for September theft

Greater Sudbury Police arrested a person allegedly involved in a theft that occurred Sept. 23, 2014.

Police arrested Lindsey Trudeau overnight, for a theft at a store on Marcus Drive in Sudbury on Sept. 23.

A man and woman left the store with items worth around $1,400 in total.

Police were able to recover the stolen items a short distance from the store.

It is alleged that Lindsey Trudeau and Rosalee Shawana were involved in this theft. They were both on court-imposed conditions at the time of the incident.

Shawana is still wanted by police on warrants for breach of probation, breach of recognizance and theft under $5,000.
