Highway 400 from Parry Sound to Exit 189 Lake Joseph Road has been reopened.

As a result of severe weather conditions and poor visibility, Highway 400 from Parry Sound to Exit 189 (Lake Joseph Road) has been closed to all traffic, said the Ontario Provincial Police.
Road closure signs are being erected at the northbound and southbound ramps leading to Highway 400.
Local traffic is being asked to use alternative routes as absolutely no traffic will be allowed to use Highway 400 at this time. There is no current time table for the duration of the closure; however, an updated media release will be sent out as soon as the highway is reopened.
