Zero impaired drivers for Dec. 9 RIDE check

Of the 858 drivers checked by Greater Sudbury Police on Dec. 9 as part of the Festive RIDE program, no one was charged with impaired. Officers did hand out 13 tickets for various Highway Traffic Act offences.

Officers did hand out 13 tickets for various Highway Traffic Act offences.

The RIDE check was set up on Auger at Gemmel, Atlee at Gemmel and Big Nickel Mine Road at Elm.
