Two people wanted on outstanding warrants

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest Gerald Trudel, 27, and Danielle Monroe, 27.

On Jan. 30, members of the Drug Unit obtained a Search Warrant for an address in Coniston. As officers arrived to execute the warrant, the two suspects were observed leaving the scene in a vehicle and within minutes, police conducted a traffic stop in the area of the Kingsway at Falconbridge Road.

The vehicle did stop for police, then pulled away and left the area. For public safety reasons, a pursuit was not initiated.

The search of the apartment resulted in the seizure of numerous digital scales, marijuana and cocaine with an estimated street value of more than $44,000.

Trudel and Monroe are both charged with possession for purpose of trafficking – cocaine, possession for purpose of trafficking – cannabis marijuana, and obstructing police.

Trudel is also charged with mischief under $5,000.

Monroe is also charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

Trudel is described as male, five-foot-eight, 150 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes.

Monroe is described as female, five-foot-seven, 145 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes.
