Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of Jake Deschamps.

On Jan. 23 2015, at about 2:30 a. m., officers were dispatched to a Sudbury address regarding two unwanted persons.

When officers arrived, the unwanted persons had left the scene, but investigation revealed that Deschamps was one of the parties involved.

Deschamps was on court-ordered conditions from previous matters.

Deschamps, 26, is charged with two counts of breach of recognizance. Other charges are pending.

He is describes as male, 5-foot-10, 175 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
