Officer, driver, company charged in Kingsway bus collision

Another man also faces charges operating an unsafe commercial vehicle, driving a commercial motor vehicle with a major defect in it or in drawn vehicle, and for having a commercial motor vehicle with a defective braking system.

Student Transportation of Canada Inc. Is being charged for permitting the operation of an unsafe commercial vehicle.

All involved parties will be attending Provincial Offences Court in the near future to respond to these allegations.
