At approximately 2:30 a.m. on April 18, a man was found going through a vehicle on Edmund St. in Sudbury.
The owner of the vehicle apprehended the suspect, conducting a citizen's arrest. The Greater Sudbury Police arrived and carried out the arrest.
The man was in possession of items belonging to the vehicle owner and other items believed to be stolen from separate motor vehicles.
Police are looking for assistance in identifying the owner/s of these stolen items.
The man was charged with; Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, Trespass by Night and Breach of Probation. He is currently being held for bail.
