Police have no updated information on the pregnant woman involved in the two-vehicle collision on May 13 on Municipal Road 35 near Azilda — but that's a good thing.


A lack of information in this case means there were no complications, Greater Sudbury Police told NorthernLife.ca today. She was taken to Health Sciences North purely as a precautionary measure. No one was seriously injured in the collision.
 

Update - May 13, 4 p.m.

The pregnant woman involved in the two-vehicle crash on Municipal Road 35 is being taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries, said police.

The crash happened at 4497 Municipal Road 35.

There are injuries from a two-vehicle crash that occurred a short time ago on Municipal Road 35 near Chelmsford, said Greater Sudbury Police Service. 

 

 
One of the occupants is pregnant, said Sgt. Ed Stiller, but he could not say the nature or the extent of the injuries from the crash.

EMS and fire have been dispatched. The call came in at 3:29 p.m. Traffic is being impacted in that area.
