Warrant out for alleged thief who breached probation

The Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Philip Conrad. It is alleged that on June 15, 2015, Philip Conrad committed a theft at a store within the New Sudbury Centre.

The Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Philip Conrad.

It is alleged that on June 15, 2015, Philip Conrad committed a theft at a store within the New Sudbury Centre.

During the investigation, it was also revealed that he was on a valid probation order therefore breaching his court-ordered conditions.
