An Ontario Provincial Police investigation that started back in March has ended in charges against a Markstay man.
The Noelville OPP allege that between 2011 and 2015, the accused was receiving Ontario Works Program benefits from the Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board to which he was not entitled.
The 41-year-old has been charged with three counts of uttering forged documents and one count of fraud over $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on July 29.
