A note for those heading down Highway 17 this afternoon — the road is closed at Myers Road in Huron Shores due to a camper trailer on fire.

In a press release sent out at 2:13 p.m., the East Algoma OPP had no estimation of how long the road closure would last. There's no detour at this time.
