Fugitive may be in the Sudbury area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.

Lisa Marie Hutchinson, 33, is described as a white female who stands 5-3 (160 cm), weighs 140 lbs. (63 kgs), with medium-length brown hair and hazel eyes. She has a tattoo of the name “Joel” on her left wrist and two Chinese symbols on the back of her neck.

Hutchinson is serving a three-year sentence for robbery and drug offences.

The offender is known to frequent the Iron Bridge, Toronto, Barrie, North Bay, Sudbury, Hamilton, Kitchener and Bradford areas.
