A Feb. 5 RIDE check resulted in charges for an Azilda man.
Members of the Sudbury OPP were conducting a RIDE initiative on Highway 144, in the City of Greater Sudbury at around 11:30 p.m, and checked a southbound vehicle.
During the vehicle stop, it was determined that the driver was under suspension.
As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old man from Azilda was charged with driving while under suspension.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Feb. 29 to answer to the charge.
