Police catch Rainbow mall sexual assault suspect

A 23-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman inside the Rainbow Centre Mall has been arrested.

The suspect has been charged with sexual assault, and is scheduled to appear in court June 26.

The incident that led to the charges took place at around 2:30 p.m. May 8.

The victim was at a retail outlet when the alleged incident took place. The assault consisted of inappropriate touching outside the victim's clothing. The male suspect was not known to the woman, and once he touched her, he quickly left.
