Rebecca Johnston (right), a member of the Canadian women’s 2010 Olympic gold medal hockey team, held a hockey camp for young girls earlier this year at Countryside Arena.

Proceeds from the camp were donated to the Canadian Cancer Society for cancer research. Johnston presents a cheque for $4,000 to Marie Whitehead, a volunteer with the Sudbury branch of the Canadian Cancer Society.
