The Sudbury Wolves have signed another forward to their roster. Josh Leivo, a 17-year-old native of Innisfil, is the most recent player to sign an OHL contract with the Wolves for this season.

At 6-1 and 180 lbs, Leivo has been the biggest surprise at the Wolves 2010 camp, according to a press release. He was an 11th round draft pick from 2009.

"Josh has been outstanding," Wolves' head coach Trent Cull said. "He has been one of the best offensive players at camp. He drives the net hard and shows creativity with the puck. He has scored some nice goals in scrimmage, works very hard in practice and certainly deserves to be here."

Leivo is expected to miss tonight's exhibition game against the Barrie Colts at the Sudbury Arena as he nurses an injury sustained in training camp. Leivo is expected to play on Sunday when the Wolves travel to Barrie for another exhibition contest in his home town.
