The Extreme North Gymnastics Club in Dowling may have numbered only two athletes competing at provincials, but both Brianna Sagle and Amber Mayer walked away quite pleased with their results.
The two local ladies finished fifth and sixth respectively in the Level 5 - Age 14+ grouping, with Sagle earning bronze on the vault while Mayer placed fourth in the bars.
"The girls handled the pressure extremely well and performed in a professional manner," club head coach Sarrah Day said. "They did so well in all competitions. I'm excited to see what next season has in store for the athletes at Extreme North".
