Sudbury Wolves forward Mathew Campagna set a new team record for scoring at least one assist in consecutive games, said the team in a news release.

Campagna has amassed a season-high points streak of 16 games recording seven goals and 21 assists.

His assist streak ended at 15 games in which he totalled 21 assists, breaking the mark set by Paul DiPietro from Jan. 9,1990 to Feb. 11,1990.

DiPietro recorded at least one assist in 14 straight games.

Campagna's assist streak ended in the 4-3 victory over Brampton Jan. 4.
