Standing in fifth place after their short program skate, Canadian pairs skaters Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford are looking to make a comeback during today's free skate at the Sochi Olympics.

Duhamel — a native of Sudbury — and her partner are currently the highest-ranking Canadian couple in the competition.

The duo enjoyed a solid routine during their short program on Feb. 11, with a minor mistake on a triple lutz and a small stumble by Duhamel mid-way through.

Russia's Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov are currently in the lead, with Aliona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy from Germany in second.
