The boys junior volleyball team from École secondaire du Sacré-Cœur recently won the Sudbury District (SDSSA) Division II Volleyball championship. After posting a perfect record in regular season play, they defeated Confederation Secondary in the finals. Afterwards, the represented Sudbury at the Northern Ontario (NOSSA) Division II championship and were only one victory away from advancing to the finals. “This success is a clear sign of athletic success in the years to come for the Sacré-Coeur Griffons,” said a news release.
