The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) will reveal the roster for Team NOHA on March 17.
Team NOHA will participate in the OHL Cup March 17-23, 2015 in Mississauga, a tournament that features 20 of the best teams from across Ontario and the United States.
Team NOHA is comprised of OHL draft-eligible players who attended the NOHA Player Development Weekend and were further evaluated over the first two months of the 2014/2015 season. The top 38 players were brought in to North Bay to compete in exhibition games and testing before Team NOHA was selected.
Earlier this season, Team NOHA competed in the OMHA Minor Midget Showcase in Orillia and came away with two victories and one loss. Team NOHA also competed in two exhibition games in Sault Ste. Marie against the Thunder Bay Kings Minor Midget team and went 1-1.
The team will be practising on Tuesday, March 17 at the Sudbury Arena from 9- 10:30 a.m. and again from 2:30-4 p.m. before departing for Toronto.
The NOHA will play its first game on Wednesday, March 18 against a team from HEO (Ottawa area).

March 18 – vs. HEO 2 at 10:45 a.m.
March 18 – vs. Wildcard 1 at 8:45 p.m.
March 19 – vs. OMHA 3 at 12:30 p.m.
March 20 – vs. GTHL 1 at 8:30 a.m.
March 21 – 23 – Playoffs
The team is coached by Rod MacKenzie, Larry Bedard and Mike Burman. Trainers for the team are Dan Charette and Dan Ansara.
