As expected, it would be the St. Denis Tigres and Macdonald-Cartier Panthères in the final, with St. Denis holding on for a 34-31 win. The Tigres advanced to the championship encounter with victories over Pius XII (43-18) and the Jean-Paul II Flammes(44-20), while ESMC stopped both the St. Benedict Bears (35-21), as well as the Félix-Ricard Jaguars (29-15).

Félix-Ricard would claim bronze medals with a 34-25 win over Jean-Paul II, while St. Benedict emerged as consolation champions, outscoring Pius XII 31-11 in their head-to-head matchup.

The gold-medal winning team roster featured Max Dumais, Anthony Rogerson, Joseph Trottier, Luc Couture, Evan Volpini, Félix Tubin, Jacob Démoré, Kevin Watson, Éric Huneault, Samuel Cloutier, Sean Roberts, Mathieu Michel and coaches Alain Mallette and Sabrina Rogerson.
