CHAUVIN, Alma “Betty“ - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the age of 97 years. Daughter of the late David and the late Anna (née Dambremont) Chauvin. Wife of the late Ovila Houle. Survived by her step-children Rolland, Paul, Normand, Henri, Lorraine, Léonie, Lilliane and Suzanne. Dear sister of Léo Chauvin (Adrienne) of Blind River. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Ella, Théona, Gaëtanne, Léona, Hector, Gaëtan, Anna Mai, Aimé and Gérald. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame) Sudbury, Friday, February 3rd, 2012 after 9:30 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to Maison Vale Hospice or the Blue Door Café would be greatly appreciated.
