KINNUNEN, Laila (Rauhala) - In Loving Memory of Laila (Rauhala) Kinnunen, 88 years, Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 at Health Sciences North. Beloved wife of Reuben Kinnunen predeceased 1994. Loving mother of Don (Silvanna) of Sault Ste Marie and David (Susan) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Devon, Danica (Kyle) and great grandchildren Jaxton and Jayden. Dear daughter of Oskari and Lempi Rauhala both predeceased. Dear sister of Kauno of Boston and predeceased by Tauno. Born in Finland, she married Reuben in Sudbury in 1963. Laila was an active member of the Finlandia Village and a dedicated member of St. Matthew's Church. She enjoyed knitting and mat making. Her family always came first and she centered her love and life caring for them. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery. Donations to Finlandia Village or Pet Save would be appreciated. hello, i am keijo myllykangas from finland.sorry my bad english.i was born in sudbury and laila was my godmother.today i find information of laila from internet,sorry but i was too late to take contact my godmother.i was born in canada,but i was just8 months old when we mowed back to finland.my parents are dead too,so it have been difficult to get any infofmation from canada last years.condolence keijo.myllykangas@kotinet.com
