LAFRENIÈRE, Rhéal -The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Friday, January 27, 2012 at the age of 70 years. Son of the late Osias and the late Alma (née Nadon) Lafrenière. Beloved husband of Jeannette Lafrenière (née Vaillancourt) of Sudbury. Loving father to Suzanne Ricard (Rhéal) of Sturgeon Falls, Daniel Lafrenière (Carmen) of Clarence Creek, Nicole Lafrenière (friend Jan) and Diane Charette (Richard) both of Sudbury. Dear brother of Victor (Madeleine) of Verner and Francine Osborne (Ivan) of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather to 10 grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, January 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
