LEBLANC, Alphonse - It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing at home on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the age of 79 years. Son of the late John Le Blanc and late Daisey LeBlanc (née Moonie). Beloved husband of Dorina LeBlanc (née Leger). Loving father of Gilles LeBlanc (Marthe) of Ottawa, Carole LeBlanc and Michel LeBlanc (Monique) both of Coniston and Lorianne LeBlanc (Michael) of Sudbury. Predeceased by his son Sylvio LeBlanc and Daniel LeBlanc. Dear brother of Thérèse Allain (late Arthur) of Azilda, Vincent LeBlanc (Jeanita), Gérald LeBlanc (late Jeannette) and Bernard LeBlanc (Murielle) all of New Brunswick. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Aline, Pauline, Geneva, Ned, Paul and Joe. Loving grandfather to Eric and Justin LeBlanc and Aimé Deguire-LeBlanc. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Friday, August 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Notre Dame de la Merci Church, Coniston. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Northern Cancer Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation or would be greatly appreciated.
