Obituary

MOLINO – Arrigo T., In Loving Memory of Arrigo T. Molino, 92 years. Peacefully Wednesday, July 25th, 2012 at his residence. Beloved husband of 70 years to Odilla (Beinat) Molino. Loving father of Liliana (husband Albano Minutti), Adele (husband Gianfranco Presello), Giannina “Gen” (husband Don Jefkins) and Loris (wife Kirsti Fransen) and predeceased by infant daughter Liliana. Cherished Nonno/Pépé of Jean-Stéphane (wife Tara), Alexia, Amanda, Matthew, Nicholas, Lars, and Leif. Dear son of Giovanni and Adele (Ovan) Molino predeceased. Dear brother of Corinna Pevere and predeceased by Teresa Noro, Carmela Bortolotti, Noemi Floreani, Dina Zuccolo. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Arrigo was born in Colloredo di Montalbano, Udine, Italy. He married Odilla (Beinat) in 1942. He moved to Sudbury in 1948 from Italy. He worked at INCO for 34 years, retiring in 1982. Arrigo was a life member of the Caruso Club. He was a member of the Fogolar Furlan Club and Gruppo Alpini. He enjoyed his retirement years with his family and friends, especially his precious grandchildren. He will be remembered as a devout Roman Catholic who was kind to all he met. The light of his life will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Visitation in the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. 2-4; 7-9pm Sunday with parish prayers 7:30pm Sunday. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, 39 Walford Rd., Sudbury. Monday, July 30th, 2012 at 10am. Entombment in the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mass for Shut Ins or the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto would be appreciated.
