A stand-off between a barricaded man and Greater Sudbury Police in the Whitson Gardens area of Chelmsford is over, after the lone occupant of the house in question turned himself in to police. According to Constable Albert Lapalme, the man gave himself up to police around 9:50 a.m., Feb. 3. Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
